The picture you see is from my back porch. The building to the left is the new "Chihuahua Hyatt" (heated and air conditioned)
Picture does not display the size... so I will tell you a little bit about it. The front room is 20x30 and is complete with nursery to groomers tub. Pups are raised in the house after weaning age. They are started on puppy pads and most are 100% by the time they leave to their new home. The heated and air conditioned building is a total of 30x56. There are no cages for my adults, they have individual yards on concrete and can go in out as they please (most 5x20 and some 10x20) 5x5 bedding areas on the inside. They are separated and can only be with who I put them with. Thus, planned and intentional breedings! I also live on 30 acres, so there is a lot of yard space to run and play. I still own some of my first chihuahuas (retired) as well as some rescues that I don't breed.
I am an RN and my husband is an Engineer (HVAC Mechanical Designer). I am fortunate to be able to work from home telephonically, so I am with the chis 24/7 if need be.
Recent Interest: Show Exhibitor... will see where we go. Hoping I find a professional handler that is close to me. I have been to many shows and have shown a few times in AKC puppy classes.
My philosophy:
My main objective is to provide a chihuahua puppy to a home that appreciates quality, socialization, and good temperament... and is willing to make a life-long commitment with the new addition to their family.

| I will not sell with full registration rights (breeding and showing rights) to prevent puppy mills, and the like, from obtaining a baby from me to make it a profit object and not a loving pet. (Please note: there are other reputable small breeders/show people that treat their babies like I do mine, and I am willing to work with that... this is heavily scrutinized) I do not sell to brokers or at trade days or pet stores. I do not mass produce puppies. It is my passion and not a financial dependency.
